As a Sales Representative with JG
Wentworth you will:

Show up ready to learn every day as
you and your training class work towards earning your IAPDA Certification and
become Certified Debt Specialists within 30 days
·
Bring a winning attitude as you join
a team of Specialists led by Directors and Managers that are among the best in
the Debt Resolution industry
·
Engage prospects through proactive
outreach that have requested debt consolidation solutions through various
channels
·
Empathize with clients and analyze
customer’s financial situations to offer solutions that help our customers
achieve financial goals
·
Collaborate with members of
cross-departmental teams to provide exceptional, responsive service to our
customers
·
Have a desire for continuous
improvement through ongoing coaching and training
·
Strive for excellence and achieve or
exceed daily metrics and monthly targets while setting our customers up for
success
·
Ensure all sales transactions adhere
to compliance standards
·
Quickly build rapport and establish
trust with prospective clients
·
Manage CRM pipeline and schedule to
maximize individual opportunities
